Postage & Packaging
All the goods we supply are brand new, sealed and packaged. We do not sell used or second-hand products. We buy brand new items and pass these great value quality products directly to you. All goods come appropriately packaged and protected to prevent damage in transit with the courier. All our items are sent with reputable courier companies where tracking and proof of delivery can be provided. Please note we can only dispatch items once payment has been cleared with Paypal. Items are dispatched in the morning before 12pm after payment has been received and cleared. Items cannot be dispatched at weekends or bank holidays as our courier and offices operate Monday to Friday. All parcels are to be signed for. If nobody is present you may have to contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery at a more convenient time. We also allow for collections of certain items from our distribution warehouse.
Please note most items are sent with a recorded courier service. If you are not present for the delivery, they will usually leave a calling card and ask you to contact them. They will also re-attempt delivery on 2 more occassions before returning the item back to us. Please note if you are not present for any of the deliveries and the item is returned back to us, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee and a flat fee of £10 which is the amount it costs us to arrange the item to be returned to us.

All our prices include VAT at the current rate. A VAT Invoice will be sent out with the item. Please keep this for your records, as it is your proof of purchase.
If you believe your goods are faulty please contact us. You must inform us as soon as you receive the item. If you insist on an exchange or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. In the case of a damaged or faulty items you must provide photograhic evidence and your contact number to firstname.lastname@example.org so our customer service team can review and contact you. As per the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and return your item(s) at your own expense within 14 days of delivery, providing you inform us within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued. In this case, the goods are to be returned at the purchaser's own expense via their own choice of courier. It is recommended to use a courier service whereby the parcel can be tracked. Goods returned due to change of mind must be unused, still sealed (where applicable) and be sent with all of their original packaging. If the item arrives back with us in a worse condition than sent we will not issue a refund. You must contact us for authorisation prior to returning your item. A full refund will be issued if the above is adhered to, but we reserve the right to reject a return if any of the above points are not adhered to. Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be issued.

Change of Mind
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of your intent to cancel. Goods returned due to change of mind must be unused, still sealed (where applicable) and be sent with all of their original packaging. You must contact us for authorisation prior to returning an item. A full refund will be issued but we reserve the right to reject a return if any of the above points are not adhered to. The buyer is responsable for return shipping costs and insurance and recommend to use a service whereby the parcel can be tracked as we will not be responsable if goods are lost in transit.
Please note upon taking control of the delivered item(s) and signing over from the courier you have accepted the goods are in perfect condition. If you think there might be a transit damage or fault with the product please check the item whilst the courier is with you otherwise we cannot accept a return. You must either rejected the delivery from the courier or sign clearly on the delivery note "damaged item" in order to verify a claim. Please note we cannot accept any liability for damaged goods if the above is not adhered to so we urge all customers to check goods before accepting. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault please contact us and supply photographic evidence in order for us to review the case. We must be notified with 72 hours of your receipt of the item. If we find the item is not a manufacturing fault and/or the fault is due to customer misuse then no refund will be issued.
Please allow up to 7 workings day to proces and check returns and up to 30 days to issue a refund if necessary.
