We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, our returns policy and procedure is below.
Returns accepted if
1. Item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Item is unopened.
3. Refund will be processed when item is received minus ALL postage costs. If the item was initially received as "free postage", we will charge initial delivery costs of up to £4.00.
4. Please contact us for returns authorisation form prior to returning.
Faulty Items
You must notify us of any faults or damage within 30 days. |
