long will it take to get my item |

A:We
aim to dispatch items within two working days of receipt of
cleared payment. In reality, 95% of items get dispatched
next working day. For UK deliveries, you will get your item
2-5 working days AFTER dispatch. European deliveries will
take 4-7 working days and USA and Australia deliveries will
take 7-10 working days. |

you accept returns? |

A:Returns
accepted if 1. Item is returned within 7 days of receipt 2.
Item is unopened. 3. Refund will be processed when item is
received minus ALL postage costs. If the item was intially
recieved as "free postage", we will charge initial delivery
costs of up to £4.00. 4. Please contact us for reference
number prior to returning. |

you combine shipping? |

give P&P discounts for multiple purchases. The exact amount
depends on what you buy. Just buy your items, and wait for
us to send a revised invoice to you before you pay. (Please
note, dicounts may not apply in certain cases for shipping
outside of the UK). |

can I expect my order to arrive? |
