Payment

We accept all debit/credit cards (except American Express) during office hours on 01474 537730. Also PayPal, cheque or postal order. We will accept cash but only on collection. If payment is not received within 10 days of the date of sale, we reserve the right to re-sell the appliance without notice.

 

 

Fees

VAT is included in the final price. There are NO HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES.

 

 

Guarantee

NEW appliances are guaranteed by the relevant manufacturer. Be sure to register it with them (see documentation dispatched with appliance).

GRADED appliances are usually covered by the manufacturers’ guarantee, with the exception of Whirlpool appliances which are guaranteed by us for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. All appliances are tested prior to dispatch and will reach you in perfect working condition. If this is not the case it must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. The guarantee covers all faults where the appliance has malfunctioned but does not cover faults caused by the user. Such as, faulty installation (e.g. hot & cold supply connected in reverse), washing machine drainage blocked (e.g. by things inadvertently left in pockets of washed items (coins, keys, toys, tissues etc). We reserve the right to repair or replace a faulty appliance, in accordance with our guarantee. If the fault is not covered by the term of the guarantee the purchaser is liable for all costs.

 

 

Returns

We will give refunds within 7 days of receipt, only if the appliance fails to meet the description given in our shop/auction listing. To clarify this and to arrange a refund please contact us by using one of the following methods:

If we have agreed to a return. The appliance may be returned to our shop or we can collect it from the delivery address. In either case the cost of this return will be met by the purchaser. The refund will only be sanctioned when we have the appliance and it is seen to be in its original condition.
