Due to the costs associated with ebay it is not always possible to list my items the way you may want to buy them. So if you want to buy one of my listings but there are too many or too few of them or you want to buy one of one size and one of another, NOT two of the same size. Then please contact us to see if we can sell you what you really want. It may not always be possible but we will try to accommodate.

Buying Multiple Items

If you buy or intend to buy more than 1 item, in one order, I will be able to offer a discount for P & P. Either contact me to request a revised price or wait for the invoice with the revised price.

Postage and Payment Policy

All items have the postage service available listed on the item, however if you would like a certain service not listed please contact us before paying so we can offer a revised P & P for the service you require. We would appreciate all payments to be made within 7 days or the item will be relisted and marked as unpaid. Payments by cheque will need to clear before items are dispatched, please contact us for payment details. Cash is not accepted.

Returns Policy

Unless otherwise stated, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.  If you are unhappy with any of your goods please contact us as soon as possible detailing what is wrong with your purchase. If possible we will send an identical replacement or offer a full refund.  All items must be returned before a replacement or refund is given. Unfortunately return postage is at your own expense.
