About Hollins and Hollinshead
Who are Hollins and Hollinshead?
Hollins and Hollinshead is a family run business since 1978. We currently have six High Street stores in and around Cheshire and Staffordshire, UK, offering a wide range of brand name watches, jewellery, bags and further designer fashion items. We also have our own jewellery workshop situated in Congleton Cheshire. Therefore we are able to "cut out the middle man" and sell diamond jewellery at exceedingly outstanding prices. ALL diamond jewellery comes with a certified valuation and in a black with gold trim detail, Hollins & Hollinshead presentation box.

About the Stock
Why are your prices so low?
We have 6 High Street stores in and around Cheshire and Staffordshire and therefore buy in bulk. We also have our own Official brand representatives that work closely alongside ourselves.
Are all the items genuine?
Yes. We only buy the items and products we sell from official brand representatives, who work closely alongside ourselves.
Are you an official supplier of all the brands you sell?
Are all the items you sell new?
Yes. Everything we sell is new and comes in its appropriate packaging. Full official stamped manufacturers guarantees are sent with items where applicable (watches). We check ALL items for defects and scratches etc. before they are dispatched.
Are all the items I see on your website, in stock?
Yes. ALL the items shown in our online store are in stock and ready to be dispatched to you.
I dont see the item I am looking for on your website, can you get it for me?
Yes, if we sell other items of this brand, the model hasnt been discontinued and the brand company have it in stock. Please Contact Us with your name and item details (Item code or name if applicable) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do all watches come with guarantees?
Yes. ALL Watches come with their official manufacturers guarantees that are dated and stamped Hollins & Hollinshead with our contact details.
Do your watches / Jewellery come in boxes?
Yes. ALL items come in their correct boxes / packaging.
Do all the watches come with batteries?
Yes. ALL Watches have batteries supplied. The correct time will be set ready for you to wear.
What postal service do you use?
For the UK:
Items under £8.00 we use Royal Mail 1st class Standard delivery.
Items £8.00 - £99.99 we use Royal Mail Tracked delivery and supply you with the tracking reference number. This service needs someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for. (If no one is in at the time of delivery, the package will be returned back to your local delivery office where you are then able to pick it up, or arrange another delivery date.) You will be provided with your tracking reference number for this service.
Items over £100 we use the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service. This service also needs someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for. You will be provided with your tracking reference number for this service.
ALL overseas orders are sent Royal Mail International Signed For.

Can you deliver to my work address?
Usually yes. You will need to let us know the delivery address via telephone or Email. Details can be found on the Contact Us Page.
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes we do.
Can I track my order?
Yes. This service applies to ALL UK residents who have purchased items over £5.00. We will send you a tracking reference number to use on the Royal Mail website.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes. Our qualified sales team are always more than happy to help you with any queries and / or orders.
Telephone Number: 0844 879 7572. Office hours: Monday - Friday : 9am - 5pm. Saturday 9am - 2pm.
(Any messages left on our answering machine system after 5pm or on weekends, will be dealt with the next working day morning).
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. Please make it payable to Hollins and Hollinshead and send it to the address on the Contact Us Page. We operate a policy of waiting 7 days from when the cheque is banked, till we send out the order - to make sure the cheque has fully cleared.
I need the item for tomorrow, is this possible?
If the item is over £100.00 and ordered before 3:00pm, you will automatically receive your item(s) the next day before 1pm via *Royal Mail Special Delivery. If the item(s) total is less than £100.00 you will need to contact us ASAP to arrange this, there will be a further charge of £4.95. This service requires someone present at the delivery address to sign for your purchase.
*Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery before 1pm on a Saturday.
Please note: This is not possible for overseas sales.
Can you adjust the watch bracelet for me?
Yes. We are happy to adjust your purchased watch bracelet for you at NO extra cost. Although we cannot guarantee that it will fit perfect, we will try our best to get it to fit as perfect as possible. All we need you to do is get in touch with us via Telephone or Email (details can be found on the Contact Us Page) with your name, the purchase you have made and wrist measurement. We will then place your spare links in the watch box for you.
If the watch bracelet needs to be bigger, we may be able to order more links for you at an extra cost (price depending on the watch), please contact for more details.

What if my watch stops working?
This is a rare problem, however, if this happens, we are more than happy to help. Items are to be returned to:

Please note:If you have a problem with your watch that you purchased from Hollins and Hollinshead and it is still within its guarantee timescale, we will happily deal with this FREE of charge on your behalf so you do not have to worry about a thing!

What if my watch stops working / a function on my watch stops working and my guarantee is now out of date?
If you purchased an item from Hollins & Hollinshead and this now has an out-of-date guarantee, we are more than happy to help and will get you a quote on a price for it to be fixed.
