| A:1 to 6 business days using our standard Expedited service (XpressPost option also available). You can check Canada Post's estimates from L7G 3H3 here: http://www.canadapost.ca/business/tools/ds/bus/bin/dsbus_ultrawide-e.shtm. Although our listings do not include an XpressPost option you can request a revised invoice and we will add it. |
| Q:How long will my item take to reach my address in USA? |

| A:2-7 business days to the contiguous United States using USPS Priority or Parcel Post (depending on item size). Our listings don't include an Express Mail option but you can request a revised invoice and we will add it. Items ship from New York. Orders paid for by Mon noon EST will ship Mon and orders paid for by Thurs noon EST will ship Thurs. |
| Q:Will I be charged any duties or brokerage fees on a delivery to North America? |

| A:Absolutely not. Final auction price and shipping costs are all you will pay (Canadian buyers pay applicable taxes). Canadian orders ship from our Georgetown, ON retail store and US orders ship from our New York facility. |

| A:International delivery is estimated at 2-3 weeks air or 6-10 weeks surface. |
