We always try to answer all questions as quickly as possible (within 24 hours) from Monday to Friday. We are also available to answer questions up to 12 noon on a Saturday.
Our support forum is 100% free to use and has a whole host of information on the products we sell.
The easiest way to locate an items information, just search the code provided on all of our invoices.
Offering a support forum allows other users the chance to read fixes for common issues, download files, schematics, additional diagrams etc as and when needed. We add as much information as we have for each of our items, so if there is something you need to know that isn't there, just post int eh relevant section and assuming another user doesn't answer, we'll get back to you ASAP.
While, on the whole, our customers don't mind creating an account on the forum to access the downloads, we have had a few who appear annoyed by being forced to do so. Just to explain, we require customers to create an account to access our files due to the propensity for others to leech the files. By requiring you to create an account, we can better control bandwidth constraints.
