The most common message we receive via eBay is, "Where is my item?". Although we specify delivery estimates within all our our listing pages, this information often remains unread.

UK DELIVERY

We dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment from Monday to Saturday, please remember when issuing your feedback or DSR's that they are for dispatch time, not delivery time. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days for First Class, and within 3-5 days for Second Class; however, please note that Royal Mail state maximum delivery times for these services can be up to 15 working days.

If, after this time your order has still not arrived, please contact us and we will process the claim from Royal Mail. Please be assured that you will not be left out of pocket as a result of non-delivery.

If an item ordered by a non-tracked service (Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class services) fails to be delivered within the estimated delivery times, you will be required to wait for the maximum delivery time period (see above) before we can confirm that the item has been lost and issue a refund. Whilst we understand that this can be frustrating, there are many reasons why a parcel can be delayed (miss direction of parcel, failed attempted delivery etc.) and we are unable to confirm non-delivery for these services until after the maximum time frame. If it is important that you get your item promptly we recommend choosing a guaranteed or tracked service (Royal Mail special delivery, First and Second Class Recorded etc).

These are Royal Mail's constraints and all UK sellers using Royal Mail delivery services are governed by these guidelines.

Cancelling your order
If you cancel your order for any reason after it has been processed, there will be a £1 charge to cover our time and the packaging wasted. Please keep this in mind. Additionally, if you order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it and you are free to return the items (unused) and we will issue a refund minus the postage costs as at this point we cannot request a refund from the postal service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders usually arrive within 3-7 working days but in very rare cases please allow up to 20 working days for European Countries and up to 25 working days for the Rest of the World. If after this time your order has still not arrived please contact us and we will process the claim from Royal Mail. Please be assured you will not be left out of pocket as a result of non-delivery.

If an item ordered by a non-tracked service (Airmail) fails to be delivered within the estimated delivery times, you will be required to wait for the maximum delivery time period (see above) before we can confirm that the item has been lost and issue a refund. Whilst we understand that this can be frustrating, there are many reasons why a parcel can be delayed (Custom delays, miss direction of parcel, failed attempted delivery etc.) and we are unable to confirm non-delivery for these services until after the maximum time frame. If it is important that you get your item promptly we recommend choosing a tracked service (International signed for).
