ORDERING GOODS
When you place an order for any of our products you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received your order.
At times slight substitutes of fabric or lace maybe used that is different from the actual picture, this will be of the same or higher quality, however if this is not suitable please email me and a full refund will be given.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Once you have decided to order a product from our range please select the buy now button on that page, if you require more than one item from our range please select other products in the same procedure. Once you have selected all the products you require please select the pay now button which will take you through ebays checkout system, if you agree with the summary of items and the total value of your order you can proceed to pay.

I accept cheques made payable to Julie Harrison or Personally Yours
I accept postal orders made payable to Julie Harrison
Please do not send cash through the post as I will not be held responsible for lost payments in cash.
After you have placed the order please send me all personalisation details including colours, names, dates etc. by using ebays message to seller link or by email to harrison-julie2@sky.com

DELIVERY
All delivery charges are displayed on the product page, I do offer a discount on multiple purchases but to receive this discount all items must be ordered at the same time and before you complete ebays checkout system. If you checkout each item individually ebay will calculate each item as seperate postage
If this does happen please contact me before making the final payment and I can adjust your invoice.
All personalised items will be posted within 7 days of ordering as long as I have all the details I will require to make your order
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit please let us know promptly
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
ALL PERSONALISED PRODUCTS are exempt from return
however if I have made a mistake on your order a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
If you have made a mistake in colour, spellings, dates etc I do not accept returns
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders for personalised items if the item has been started however if you email and the products have not been started I will cancel the order.
For non personalised goods you can cancel your contract at any time upto 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to our customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and charge you the direct cost of the collection.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
FAULTY GOODS
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
