Shipping
Orders received before 3pm are usually dispatched on the same day. Any Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched within 1 working day. The Delivery service used is specified on the listing description.
If you would like to dispatch your order via a recorded delivery please select the delivery service required from the postage options when you checkout.
You will receive an email via eBay to confirm when your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 10 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries unless it is dispatched via DPD which you will need to allow no more than 3 days.
It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection.
As standard for UK posted items we offer a 15 day delivery promise. This means that if you do not receive your goods within 15 working days of shipment we will resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund. (Note: EU and the Rest of the World is 21 working days)
Large and/or expensive items are usually dispatched via DPD UK Next Day Delivery Service.
DPD will email you the tracking details once your parcel is collected from us at the end of each business day. Once your parcel is loaded into the delivery van, DPD will update your tracking details and will give you a one hour delivery window so you do not have to wait in all day for your parcel.
If the time specified is not convenient, please contact DPD via their website (www.dpd.co.uk) to re-arrange the delivery using the tracking reference number. If missed delivery, a yellow card will be left which you can use to re-arrange delivery.
