Returns

Hitari Trade operates a 14 day returns policy to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Any item purchased from Hitari Trade may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of the dispatch date, providing that the item still unused, unopened and in its original condition.

Please contact us first before you return any item.

Once item is received, it will be inspected and if confirmed unused unopened and in its original condition, we will exchange it or issue a full refund as per your request minus the initial postage cost.

Warranty:
Some items come with a 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. It is usually stated on the listing if the item comes with a warranty.

If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay messaging service.

Make sure it is packed properly so that the contents are protected from any shipping damages. Please note that we will not accept returns for: Merchandise that is not in its original packaging and used, except in the case of manufacturers' defects. Return postage will be paid by buyer. Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 24hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt you should return the item by a signed for service; this will provide you with a proof of receipt. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our Return Department. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Faulty Item:
If an item is faulty then we have a 3 month returns policy for you to notify us of the fault and to return the item to us for an exchange. Please be aware that after 3 months we are no long able to offer a replacement or refund on an item, unless it comes with a manufacturer's warranty.

Christmas Returns:
Any items purchased on or after the 1st of November hold a 3 month return if purchased as Christmas Gifts. If the item is unwanted, you have until the end of January to send it back to us in its original, unopened and unused condition for a full refund. Or if your item is faulty you have until the end of January to inform us of this fault and send it back for a replacement.
