By placing an order with us , you imply that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions as stated, which may be updated at any time and without notice.
Delivery times quoted are beyond our control once your order is in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, and as such orders are sent via Recorded and Special Delivery, and we strongly recommend any items due for return to be sent back to us via the same method. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused to due to postal service strikes, however we will assist you in making any claim for compensation from said postal service should any item arrive damaged or fail to arrive within the stated time. You must notify us as soon as is practicably possible, within 12 hours for delay and 24 hours in the case of damage.

Auction items are sold at a reduced price so are not covered on our full price Buy It Now Policy .Any item won at auction will only be offered an exchange, replacement or Credit note providing it is returned in its original condition (Orginal condition means the return must be in its original packaging  free from the smell of smoke and other odours and undamaged) within 7 days of receipt.Postage costs are not refundable . Return postage is the buyers responsibility with the exception of faulty items when postage will be refunded by us. We recommend that you send the return using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For Delivery Service for items up to the value of £36.00 and Special Delivery Service for items above the value of £36.00

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

**Requests to cancel an item after checkout will incur a 10% restocking fee**

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. These products are clearly marked with a ‘+’ next to the product name. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

All items are dispatch with an enclosed Returns Form . To make a return please fill in this form .It is important that your eBay user ID is written on this form. Pease send both the Returns Form and Parcel to:

Faulty or wrong item Policy
All items are checked for quality control before dispatch. If the item you received is found to have a manufacturing fault or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail customer.care@hipnotixx.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. All items are mailed with a returns form

Payment and postage terms may vary on individual items

You may select one of the following two delivery methods 

     First Class Recorded -  2 working days -provides insurance up to the value of £34 cost . If you require insurance greater than £34 please take the Special Delivery option. Please note this order requires a signature on receipt.

 Next Working Day Special Deliver - Next Working Day - Your order will be delivered between 8am-5.30pm on the next working day providing the order is placed before 2.00pm (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). Orders placed after 2.00pm Monday to Friday, or any time on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered within 2 working days. Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
