We are a genuine VAT registered company in the UK and have been a registered Limited company since 2005. Hiccup Gifts complies with all appropriate UK and EU consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions Act.
We sell only items which are currently in stock and are ready to be dispatched immediately.
Payment should be made within 5 days of auction ending, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept payment by Paypal, personal cheque or postal order (UK Customers only), BACS or credit / debit card. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Paypal and credit card payments only please.
Easy payment method and very safe and secure. By using paypal all our items are covered by the paypal payment protection programme up to the value of £500.

Cheque or Postal Order
Cheques and postal orders need to be made out to Hiccup Ltd. Please Allow 4-5 working days for the cheque to clear once received. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, Monday - Friday.
Credit / Debit Card
Payment by credit / debit card can be taken over the phone Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm GMT on 0845 330 0290* or 01254 676641, through our secure Barclaycard Merchant Service.

Once payment has cleared, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Sent via Royal Mail Secod Class Mail who aim to deliver within 3 working days.
Next Day Delivery
Please note where Next Day delivery is required, payment needs to be received before 2pm Monday - Friday.
All Next Working Day Delivery Items ordered on Friday before 2pm will be delivered Monday, otherwise delivery will be made Tuesday. Sent via Parcel Force 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All International Orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail, Parcel Force International which can take upto 14 working days depending upon location.
Combined International P&P/Shipping Costs
We are happy to combine P&P/Shipping costs for multiple purchases bought on the same day. When you have purchased your items from our store, please wait for us to email you a combined invoice before paying (we aim to do this within 12hours). All items are weighed and P&P is charged at cost including cost of packaging.
We offer a "No Quibble" Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Please include a copy of your invoice with details of how you would like us to process your return (replacement or refund) to avoid any delays.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
If you receive your order and it is faulty or broken then please contact us either by email through the eBay Seller link or by phone 0845 330 0290 so that we can provide you with a returns label and arrange for a replacement product.
Payments can only be refunded back to the original payment source, ie, Paypal if paid for using Paypal, or the credit/debit card used to pay over the telephone.
