What are the Steps for ordering?
First of all congratulations! After placing an order, you will be automatically directed to our customer friendly checkout. Here you have the opportunity to order more articles and to change the delivery and invoice addresses and to confirm your method of payment.
In addition you will receive a confirmation email that includes all of the information about your order.
You will receive this email as soon as you finish the checkout process.
I am having problems completing the Checkout. What do I do?
After clicking buy now you will go through to a confirmation page, where you can choose to continue shopping for additional items, or to checkout straightaway.
If you choose to check out straight away you shall be required to register, by inserting some personal details, unless you have previously done so. In this case you can simply enter your login details, and checkout immediately.
Once this is done you shall be led through the following procedure:
(i) You shall be asked to confirm your shipping details
(ii) You shall be asked to confirm your preferred method of payment
(iii) The third page shall display the items and relevant prices, and also the information you have entered for confirmation
(iv) On the fourth and final page you will be shown confirmation that your order has been completed.
How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
Once you have completed the checkout procedure we will send you an email that will confirm your order. Please make note of your order confirmation number in this email.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
What is included in the total price?
The total price of your item is made up of the item cost, plus listed postage and packaging costs.
What are our methods of payment?
We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa & Matercard) and PAYPAL only. You can select your payment method in our checkout site.
Is VAT included?
Yes all of our listed prices are inclusive of VAT charges (17.5%).
DELIVERY
How long does it take until I receive the package?
After receiving your payment it usually takes us less than 24 hours to send the package. You will receive a confirmation with tracking data as soon as your item is dispatched.
Normally it takes around 3-5 days after ordering for the package to be delivered.
How do I track my package online?
We will send you a Tracking number by email when your item has been shipped.
With this you can track your item from its departure point all the way to your delivery address.
Simply enter the number into the field headed Consignment number on http://www.dpd.co.uk

Please note this number may take some time after you have received it to become activated.
What do I do when the courier arrives?
When the courier arrives please, before you sign for it, make sure you check the package is in a satisfactory state. If this is not the case, please reject the item. The moment the item is back in our warehouse we shall be sure to ship out a replacement immediately.
What happens if I am not home when the package is attempted to be delivered?
If you know you will not be home, it would be a good idea to ask a neighbour if they are willing to accept the item on your behalf. If so you can leave a note on your door with instructions for the courier to deliver to the alternative local address. If you have already missed a delivery attempt, simply follow the instructions in the calling card left by the courier.
CANCELLATION
What do I do if I find damages or defects inside the package?
In these unlikely circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at
service@hifi-tower.co.uk . We will be sure to give effective customer support you need the moment we receive it. If you have a digital camera then taking photographs of said defective items is always a good idea.
How do I cancel my order if I don’t want to pay?
Simply write to us on service@hifi-tower.co.uk, with your order information, and we will of course do that for you.
How do I return my order?
To return an unwanted or defective item/s, then login to our returnBOX
and register the return for through this system before sending it to us.
Goods to be returned must comply with the Suppliers returnBOX
procedure.

Please enter all relevant information for the return including, invoice number, number of items, item
Id, and the reason for return. Once you complete this process you will receive an RMA label which should be attached clearly to the package.
This document will also have the return address printed on it.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most E.E.A countries except for Malta, Greece and Channel Islands. We

Can I collect my item?
As we ship from different warehouses you cannot collect or view our items. If you wish to receive more information about a product, please be in touch with our customer support team.
OTHER
Do you offer any discounts on multiple purchases?
Yes. If you buy multiple items with us they will be shipped to you at no additional cost. You will only pay one shipping fee. UK adaptors which are needed for our items, are shipped free of charge.
My product is not
quite as described.
Our descriptions are as accurate as possible, as most are taken directly from the manufacturers manual or product literature. In some cases we do send alternative items that have similar technical specifications.
If you believe that your item has some inconsistencies then please contact us and we will try to rectify it.
What if HiFi Tower are out of stock of my item?
We do calculate our stock in such a way that that we should always have sufficient items to cover our orders, but nevertheless, shortages can sometimes happen in exceptional circumstances. In such cases we can offer an alternative item.

We have a friendly and responsive customer support team who are most happy to answer any questions or queries you have. We attempt to provide you with an answer within 48 hours of your correspondence.
