Frequently Asked Questions
 Q: Do you offer combined P&P ?
  A: Yes, combined postage is of course available if you wish to purchase 2 or more different items - but, due to the many variations possible, must be requested in advance - so a new eBay listing can be made for you.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Full details of the Hi-Fi Links Return Policies are shown in each eBay item listing, and on the "Terms & Conditions of Sale" page in the Hi-Fi Links Ebay Shop.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: YES - but "PayPal Protection" requirements prevent combined shipping discounts AFTER item purchases - so please request a new eBay listing for the specific items concerned, before you purchase. You WILL receive a shipping discount whenever possible.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: All paid orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours (which is shown on each listing). Shipping is daily, Monday - Friday, and usually also Saturday. If you require urgent shipping - please check the other listed P&P options.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Post & Packing (P&P) charges are shown for all items listed - and include all postage charges, insurance if applicable, all (new) packaging, invoicing & labelling costs, and packaging and shipping labour costs - Hi-Fi Links is a registered business, so P&P is NOT only postage.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes, all items are available for international shipment, but please note - insured, recorded delivery, shipping rates will apply for all international orders.
 Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple item / trade purchases ?
  A: Unfortunately, bulk and trade orders are no longer possible - it is not possible to arrange a bulk order price via eBay (it is forbidden by the eBay contact rules).
 Q: Is VAT included or Extra ?
  A: Hi-Fi Links is not VAT registered, so does not invoice for VAT costs.
 Q: Is telephone support available ?
  A: Yes - you will receive a contact telephone number, together with full contact details, on the packing slip enclosed with every paid order, should there be any questions as to installation / use of the product, or indeed any question of faults with a product.
 Q: My item has not arrived, what should I do ?
  A: If you have not received your item within 7 days of payment, please contact Hi-Fi Links immediately, preferably via the Ebay messaging system.
 Q: Advice regarding another sellers' products ?
  A: Hi-Fi Links provides advice and support ONLY for Hi-Fi Links products, and cannot comment regarding other sellers items.
