Free In-Store Pick-ups
Please notify shipping@hessfineart.com by email BEFORE you pay. After we have made the adjustment to your invoice, pay through the secure checkout system, print the receipt, and bring it into Hess Fine Art, 1131 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701.
For fastest service, let us know when to expect you. Your valuable item is kept in a secure location and only selected employees on the premises have the required access needed to retrieve it for you.

Contact us BEFORE you pay. We can usually combine shipping for multiple items. Please note that often paintings, larger items, and items of disparate size or fragility cannot be combined. Contact us for details.

Customs
It is common for countries to charge some form of customs duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees on items being shipped from the USA. These costs, along with country-specific importing rules and delays caused by customs, are the buyer’s responsibility.
We declare all items for the winning bid amount.
Customs duties, taxes, brokers fees, VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not falsify customs documents to assist you in evading your lawful taxes. We reserve the right to notify eBay as well as State and Federal authorities if we receive such requests.
International Bidder Policies
If your purchase exceeds $200.00 US and you pay with a credit card then your only delivery option is UPS signature delivery. This is because credit cards require both a signature and tracking.
If you wish your item shipped to a US address we can do so only if you pay with a method OTHER THAN a credit card.
Please understand that we have no control over delays or costs once your item is shipped due to your country's customs or laws. |
