Payment Policies

To make buying from HEROES MEMORABILIA as pleasurable and simple as possible, we currently accept three methods of payment:

PayPal

Please use the eBay checkout system to pay using PayPal. If you are making multiple purchases within any seven day period you may be eligible for discounted postage. Please contact us using the details at the foot of this page and our listings before making payment if you think this is the case. PayPal payments are made to sporting_heroes@hotmail.co.uk.

By Postal Order 

If paying by PO, print off the email receipt you receive from us after winning the item and post to the address supplied in the email along with your payment. Please be sure to check you have included the correct postage to avoid delays in processing your order. With orders paid for by PO we add another two days to the usual processing time (see ‘Delivery policies’) to allow us to bank the PO.


By Cheque

If paying cheque, print off the email receipt you receive from us after winning the item and post to the address supplied in the email along with your payment. Please be sure to check you have included the correct postage to avoid delays in processing your order. With orders paid for by cheque we add another five days to the usual processing time (see ‘Delivery policies’) to allow us to bank the cheque.

Important: Once an item has been successfully won we hold it for two weeks. If full payment has not received for the item after this period, it will be relisted and the order cancelled. If we have not been notified as to why the item was not paid for, the non-paying bidder will receive an unpaid item strike and negative feedback. It is our policy to leave positive feedback for all paying bidders once the transaction has been completed and we have received feedback from that customer.
