Delivery and Returns

We now dispatch all our items by a 24-hour courier service. However, we request that customers allow a maximum seven-day period for us to process orders. If your item takes longer than ten days to arrive we will refund your postage payment. When your item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know that it is on its way.

We deliver items to the UK only and do not offer overseas postage under any circumstances. Postage to Northern Ireland is the same price, though it may take an extra day to deliver your item. We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland. For postage to the Channel Isles, the Hebrides or any other islands off the coast of the UK, please contact us in advance.

If you require an item to arrive in time for a specific date (i.e. a birthday) please send us a message through eBay and we will do what we can to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee delivery beyond the ten-day period stated.

Items are packaged in using a combination of bubble wrap and foam in order to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Packages will arrive between 9 and 5 on weekdays only and a signature is required upon receipt.

Occasionally items can get damaged in transit. This is an unfortunately unavoidable and we apologise for inconvenience and disappointment caused by this. However, we will do everything we can to replace the item as soon as possible, completely free of charge.

If you receive a damaged item we ask that you keep it in the original packaging and call 07775 714943 to arrange a collection. We are unable to offer any kind of replacement or refund on items returned to us more than 14 days after receipt by the customer.

If you wish to return an undamaged item and receive a refund, we will refund the price of the item, less the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Please note: All displays to be delivered are framed with high-quality, scratch-resistant perspex in place of glass. This is the recommended industry material for framing as it allows items to be shipped a lot more safely than glass.

Postage discounts

We offer half price postage on any additional items purchased within a seven day period once the first item (or most expensive) has been taken into account. If you believe you are eligible for a postage discount, please contact us through eBay before making payment.
