What is HEROES MEMORABILIA?

HEROES MEMORABILIA is an eBay Shop specifically dealing in Sporting Memorabilia who have been dealing in signed sporting memorabilia since 2007, we are based in Nottinghamshire, England. We are members of the EPS group (No. 53) which gives you piece of mind that our item have been checked to ensure authenticity.

How can I be sure your memorabilia is genuine?

Because we are sure. We only use memorabilia that has been autographed in private signing sessions where proof can be provided. The sports men and women in question have been paid for every single item we sell and we organise many of the signing sessions ourselves. When we do use items from other memorabilia dealers we only buy from those with the best reputations and who are able to provide us with the same reassurances we like to provide our customers with. After all, we wouldn't expect you to buy memorabilia without being 100% sure it was genuine so we don't either. We do not obtain autographs by waiting outside football grounds and other venues.

What reassurances do you provide?

Every single autographed item we sell comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity - this is our guarantee that the autograph or autographs are genuine.

What if I'm not satisfied?

All of our items come with a money-back guarantee if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. We will also replace any items that have become damaged in transit or you believe are not up to standard. Please see the Delivery and Refunds link at the top of this page for more details.

How can you sell your items so cheaply when similar products sold by other websites and eBay sellers are much more expensive?

There are two reasons for our low prices. The first is that the volume of memorabilia that we deal with on a daily basis is much greater than most traders, meaning we are able to stage large signing sessions and get the best price per autograph. This lets us pass the savings on to you.

Why do you sell all of your items framed?

Framed memorabilia is not only great for displaying on your wall but it is also significantly more valuable than unframed items. Customers who buy unframed items from other companies often find themselves disappointed when they come to have their item framed because of the high costs involved. A framed item will retain its value much better than an unframed one. 

I am staging a charity/fund-raising event - can I use your items to raise money?

Can HEROES MEMORABILIA value/authenticate my item of memorabilia for me?

No, we do not currently offer this service. However, there are plenty of companies who will be able to help you with this, so check local listings.

I have some signed items. Will you be willing to buy them from me?

No. Due to the difficulty in authenticating items like this, we do not purchase items in this way so please do not ask us.
