FREE packaging and handling!
We only charge the actual shipping costs (including delivery confirmation and insurance), with no surcharges for packing or handling. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging - please check our feedback. Please note that we cannot accommodate personal collections. We usually ship the same or next working day (around 11:00am, Monday to Friday) after receiving payment.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - next working day to most mainland destinations within England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, plus the Channel Islands. Not guaranteed for Saturdays, excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays. Slightly longer delivery times to other areas within the UK. A signature is required, and insurance is included for the full value of the item(s). Next Day by 09:00am or Guaranteed Saturday services may be available to many areas at extra cost - please ask for details. |

 International shipping
Regions are as defined by Royal Mail. If you're not sure which region your country falls in, please contact us or check the Royal Mail Web site for more details. We are usually happy to ship worldwide, but normal services are not available to some countries - presently Somalia and Iraq. Some items will have further restrictions, particularly if they are very large and/or heavy, or of high value.
All International packages are sent by airmail. The actual postage paid for International packages may vary very slightly (usually only a few pence) from the amount we charge, as it's not always possible to predict the packed weight with complete accuracy.
Combined shipping
Don't forget to check out our other listings! If you win multiple items within a 10 day period, we'll be happy to combine them to reduce postal charges (some weight and value limits apply - please ask for details). For items which are Immediate Payment Required please contact us before purchasing multiple items, so we can adjust the listings accordingly.
Insurance
All the above services include insurance. Special Delivery will include the appropriate level of insurance for the value of the product(s), up to £500 or £1,000. For International destinations, each country has insurance available up to either £250 or £500. For items or combined packages over this limit, alternative services will have to be used at extra cost, or multiple items sent separately so that each package is below the relevant limit.
Shipping times are approximate, and faster options may be available at extra cost if required - please contact us for details. All items are shipped with proof of delivery and insurance.
Customs
For insurance purposes the purchase price (excluding shipping cost) will be shown on any necessary customs documents. Please check to see if local taxes, duties and handling charges will be payable on entry into your country. Please do not ask us to falsify customs documents. |
