| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:A full refund will be given on return within 14 days of receipt if the functionality or condition are not as described. EU buyers are also entitled to return items (as supplied, and at their own expense) for any reason within this period as per the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us for instructions before returning any item. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes. If you win multiple items from us within a seven day period, we'll be happy to combine them where possible to reduce postage or shipping charges (some weight and insurance limits apply). Please ask us for a combined total before buying multiple items, to ensure you receive the reduced postage or shipping rate. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We'll contact you once we've sent your package. UK items are sent by Second Class Recorded (up to seven working days) or Special Delivery (next working day for most locations). Outside the UK we normally use International Signed For airmail which takes around one week for Europe, or two weeks for USA and Rest of World. A signature will be required. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We only charge the actual postage or shipping costs (including delivery confirmation and insurance), with no extra for packing or handling. The charges are shown in each listing for United Kingdom, Europe (including Republic of Ireland) and Rest of World (including USA). |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we are usually happy to ship to countries which are approved by PayPal (click the link in any of our listings for an up to date list). Please note that as we only accept PayPal payments, we cannot send items to countries which are not approved by PayPal. Some expensive and/or heavy items may be restricted to UK buyers only. |

| A:Yes, our listings are PayPal only, with Immediate Payment Required. You can use PayPal to pay instantly with credit or debit cards, or from a PayPal balance. PayPal eCheque (eCheck) payments from a bank account without a registered credit/debit card are subject to clearance, which can take up to 10 working days. |

Nine out of ten of the questions we receive are answered within this section, so please check here first.
