 | Q: What is your return policy? |
 | A: All of our audio books are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If you get a defective product, just email us for return instructions. These instructions will be different depending upon the publisher of the audio book you purchased. If you buy an audio book in error, we can probably work out a return on that also, just contact us. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |
 | A: Absolutely! If you buy three or more books, we will even ship them to you via media mail for free. |
 | Q: What days of the week do you ship? |
 | A: Every day except Sundays and holidays. We try very hard to send out every purchase within 24 hours. If we receive your payment before 9 am chances are your purchase will ship the same day. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
 | A: This will depend upon the shipping method you choose. Generally, media mail will take 5-20 days with most averaging about 7 days. Priority mail will usually take 2-3 days. International first class takes about 7 days unless the package gets caught in customs. Please note that these are averages and your package may take more or less time. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
 | A: As a general rule, our shipping charges include a $1.25 handling charge. This handling charge includes the cost of delivery confirmation. |
 | Q: Do you ship in bubble envelopes? |
 | A: NO! We ship 99% of our sales in brand new boxes purchased specifically for shipping audio books. If you purchase a large number of books, your purchase may be shipped in a sturdy used box. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |
 | A: Absolutely! We love international buyers. |
 | Q: What's an MP3-CD? |
 | A: An MP3-CD looks just like a regular compact disc; the difference is in how the data is formatted on the disc. The MP3 data has been compressed to fit the whole book onto one or two CDs. A regular CD holds a maximum of 74 minutes of audio...an MP3-CD can hold up to 16 hours. This advantage makes MP3-CDs most economical choice for audiobooks. |
 | Q: Where can I play an MP3-CD? |
 | A: CD players which are marked as MP3-CD compatible will play MP3-CDs, most DVD players, computer CD drives and some automobile in-dash audio systems. CD players that are formatted to play MP3-CDs will also play regular CDs. However, older CD players built to play only regular CDs will not play MP3-CDs. MP3-CDs can also be transferred to your iPod. |
 | Q: Why don't international shipments qualify for your free shipping offer? |
 | A: International shipping costs are too high for us to include international shipments in our free shipping offer. However, we are willing to give international buyers a shipping credit comparable to the cost of shipping the same order to a US buyer. Contact us prior to paying so that we can adjust the eBay calculated shipping charges. |
