If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return.
You can return your purchase free in the UK for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
eBay only lets us say that the maximum returns period is 30 days. But we want you to be totally confident in buying from Hen Night HQ so you can return an unused product to us 365 days after buying it - just make sure it's in the original packaging, unopened and with the original tags intacts.
You can also return faulty products free for an exchange or refund up to 365 days from the purchase date.

We don't like it, but here's the small print
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
You can cancel an order within 365 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 365 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.
Returning lingerie and sexy clothing
We're happy for you to try on Hen Night HQ lingerie and sexy clothing - please keep your own knickers on! - to see if it fits and if it's the right colour.
You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you.

You do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We can arrange to collect an item from you. The cost of collecting the item will be deducting from any refund that is due.
