If you do have a problem or query please email us at; sales@helpingu2save.co.uk quoting your receipt number from the invoice/delivery note and eBay ID, we will do our very best to resolve any issues you may have.

Please return your item within 7 days of receipt, unwanted items may be returned to us only if the following occurs:

1.Contact is made via email within 7 days of receiving the order
2.The item is undamaged and in a resalable condition
3.Item is returned with full name and address

Refunds will not be provided until we have received and confirmed the condition of the item. Postage fees for returning the item will also not be refunded. A 10% re-stocking and admin fee will also be deducted from the refund.

Please include full name and address details with your return including your reason for returning your item in order to avoid delays.
