Shipping
Orders are usually despatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Should payment be made by cheque, the order will de despatched within 2 business days of the funds being cleared.
Many of our products are delivered to your door by courier. Delivery times vary depending on your location, size of order and shipping method selected. Please see individual listings for delivery options available.
Larger items and more fragile goods are delivered by a specialised delivery company who will ring you to arrange a convenient delivery time. This service usually takes up to 14 days, but please allow 21 days.
Combined postage always available for multiple purchases and for non furniture items there is a maximum postage charge of £7.15.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase but, if for any reason you are not, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days and return for a refund.
If your return is due to a product being damaged or faulty then a full refund will be made to include any postage costs incurred by you (this refund will cover the cost of reasonable postage, if you are unsure which method to use please contact us first).
