We aim to be accurate with our descriptions, answer questions as quickly and fully as possible and maintain good communication throughout.
Items are dispatched every week day (Monday to Friday), as soon as payment is received/cleared.
We accept the following payment methods:
UK buyers - Paypal (preferred) but cheques and postal orders are accepted.
Overseas buyers - Paypal only please
We are very friendly and happy to answer any questions by email.
You may return an item to us for a refund, all that we ask is that you inform us of your intention to do so within 7 working days of receiving it and that you return it to us in the same condition it arrived with you (any tags.bags must be fully intact).
Refund will be for the cost of the item only, any return costs are at the customers expense, unless an item is faulty.
