Returns and Refunds
You may return your order to us for a refund (refund will be for the price of the belt only NOT the p&p), all that we ask is that you inform us of your intention to do so within 7 working days of receiving it and that you return it to us unworn in the same condition it arrived with you (all tags/labels/packaging must be intact).

If you wish to return an item for an exchange, this will be at your cost, plus an addtional charge to cover return p&p of £2.00

You are responsible for the costs of returning it to us, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund your return postage.

Postage & Payment
Payment via Paypal will be expected within 3 days of the close of auction.Cheques / postal orders are expected within 5 days of end of auction, goods will be sent upon clearance of cheques. OVERSEAS BUYERS PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL ONLY PLEASE!!!
HEAVENLY BELTS offers quality items along with excellent customer service. We aim to be accurate with our descriptions, answer questions as quickly and fully as possible and maintain good communication throughout.

Items are dispatched every week day (Monday to Friday), as soon as payment is received/cleared.

We accept the following payment methods:

UK buyers - Paypal (preferred) but cheques and postal orders are accepted.

Overseas buyers - Paypal only please
