By Ordering a product you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Items not collected from your sorting office, for any reason, can only be resent upon the receipt of payment for re-postage. Any refunds for these items that are not resent will not include postage.
- If any orders are returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect address details, these items can only be resent upon the receipt of payment for re-postage along with the correct details. Any refunds for these items that are not resent will not include postage.
- Any returns to us by Royal Mail for addresses unknown will be refunded without postage, whether this is Royal Mail or the customer’s error.
- Due to manufacturers changing their packaging some products may not be identical to the photographs on the website. The photographs were accurate at the time they were put on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes only and products may vary from images shown.
Order processing and shipping:
Upon receiving your order, the order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders are usually dispatched in 2-3 working days but please allow up to 7 working days.
Most orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, except larger parcels which will be sent by Courrier. Collection of orders is not possible.
Returns/Lost Items:
If a UK order is not received within 10 working days, this order is classed as lost, please advise us if this is the case, so we can attempt to solve the problem.
If the items is damaged or faulty, please advise us within 3 working days of receipt.
Items returned are at your own cost. Please request a return code before returning the item and ensure the item is well packaged and in its original condition.

Payment is accepted by Paypal, or by cheque/Postal Order.
