Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and we ask that you allow 4-6 working days delivery.
Q; How do I return an item/order?
A; If you have any issue with an item you have ordered please request a returns authorisation number. This will help us resolve your issue more quickly. In order to obtain a returns authorisation number for an item you wish to return please email Health2GoShop@gmail.com stating your order reference number, your email address, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Q: Do delivery times vary?
A; Yes, We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), and orders placed before 12pm will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 14th of December cannot be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.

A: Yes all our products are sourced from Official Distributors, so we can guarantee our customers the highest quality products at the best prices.
Q: What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
A: If you received the wrong product, flavour or size then simply e-mail us at Health2GoShop@gmail.com. Give us your name, order details and the item that was not correct and what item you should have received. We will check into this immediately, arrange for the missing product to be returned to us, and send out the correct product right away! You will receive the correct one before you know it.
