•  Every item I list has been gently handwashed, unless they're items that shouldn't be.  I want you to receive a clean item and, at the same time, this is my way of going over each item to spot any defects or flaws like chips and cracks that can sometimes be covered up by grime.

• Please don't make me wait, I want to hear from you within 3 days after close of auction, for your payment or payment arrangements.

• Paypal is the only method of payment I accept (I know longer accept Money Orders due to eBay's new rule).

• Sorry no personal cheques.

• If you are bidding on multiple items, and you wish to pay with Paypal, please wait until I send you an invoice, that way all items are on one invoice, if you don't, payment will be refunded and an invoice will be issued.

• I prefer immediate payment, however, monies should be received NO LATER than 3 days after close of auction (and please let me know when I can expect payment), otherwise, an "unpaid item dispute" will be filed.  I'm told...this could possibly effect your reputation on eBay (if the dispute remains unresolved).

• I do not take responsibility if the payment is lost or stolen during the mailing transition.

• I am not responsible for postal delays.  Delivery days include weekdays and excludes weekends and/or holidays.  Note that transit times may may be delayed during peak periods.

FYI:

• Unfortunately, there are still some Buyer's that believe if they win an item for next to nothing, then the shipping should be next to nothing too.  Canada Post rates are based on the destination, weight and size of the parcel, NOT the value of the item.  I have no control over their rates...please make sure you understand this before you begin the bidding process!

• AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND:  I desire your business, however, please request shipping costs before placing your bid.  Shipping to Australia and New Zealand can be very pricey, so this way you are prepared when you receive the invoice.

• Please contact me for shipping rates and delivery methods.  Include your State and Zip Code or Province and Postal Code with your request.

• All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of Paypal payment or clearance of a Paypal E-Check.

• I ship via Canada Postal Service with methods that include Regular Surface, Air, Expedited Surface (this method includes insurance for non-ceramic or glass items only and includes a tracking number).  These methods are determined by Canada Post based on the size and weight of the parcel.  Xpresspost or Courier are also options of delivery, but I only ship via these methods, if a Buyer specifically requests it.

• I can and will combine shipping on all multiple purchases to save the Buyer money (unless the items compromise their safe delivery).

• I will ship only to the address registered with eBay, unless other arrangements have been made with the Buyer.

• GLASS and CERAMICS are not subject to insurance coverage for damage, only loss (Canada Post policy and mine).  If there is more than one item in the package, that has broken (other than glass or ceramics), the shipping costs will be pro-rated and refunded based on how many items were involved.

• All other materials are insured up to $100.00 cdn. at no charge, for loss or damage.  Insurance above $100.00 is the Buyer's responsibility and offered for a small fee.  All claims with Canada Post will be initiated by me, after picture proof of damage is provided by the Buyer.

• Please contact me if you have any special instructions for the Postal carrier, ie. leave package at door, signature required, etc.

• There will be an added $5.00 fee if I delivered or picked up locally.

• SHIPPING FOR U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY:  Shipping fees can be quite high, especially large, heavy packages, so please ask for a shipping quote before you begin the bidding process.  I only charge what Canada Post charges and NO handling fees!

• RETURNS or EXCHANGES:  All items are sold AS IS, unless otherwide noted.  I do not accept returns or exchanges.

• My definition of 'excellent' pertains to NO evident man-made damage, crazing, to me, is a natural progression due to the 'firing' process, thus not included in my 'excellent condition' description.
