This is the return feature implemented by ebay , you will need your item no thereafter the return can be processed in a timely manner .

Goods can be returned for Exchange or Refund (postage costs will not refunded within 14 days ) Return postage will be payable for exchanges. Certain end of line items cannot be Returned due to great price offered. Please make sure of you size before ordering There is a size chart on the home page. shipping Errors

In case of mistakes on our part ie Wrong colour or wrong size shipped , We will rebate the postage for you on the return of parcel and reship the correct item at our expense.

 Out of stock item

We endeavour to fufill all orders, in case of  " no stock" on an item or an error in size listing,  we will  email and inform you  and offer an alternative or make a refund promptly.

This is due to dual listings  on our website as well as the ebay shop,

it is impossible to make sure all items are in stock.
