EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS: We only accept payments via PAYPAL in Pounds Sterling - (GBP). If you are a resident outside the UK, you need to check the exchange rates from Pounds Sterling (GBP) to your currency and pay via PayPal in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Delivery:

All items will be sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce within 48 hours of your funds clearing.

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery times, delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Please be sure to check all charges for the item before buying.

We will consider a transaction completed when the item is delivered to the given address.

All our items are professionally packaged and our P&P costs include materials and labour.

Please note that additional postage costs will apply for the following areas: Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and all other islands off the mainland. Please email us for the right postage costs before purchasing.

Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be SUBSTANTIAL for delivery to any of the areas listed above. If in doubt then PLEASE GET A QUOTE before purchasing an item (email us with your postcode, item number and product name).

Returns Guarantee:

In the unlikely event of any goods being faulty you must advise within 2 days of receipt. We will accept returns for any faulty items within 14 days of receipt. The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging at the buyer’s expense.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advice you take out postal insurance. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and tampered with.

Any refund amount will only cover the amount of your purchase bid and will not include any postage and packaging.
