Once we have received your order it will be carefully packed and dispatched on either the same or next working week day from when payment has cleared.

If orders are received and payment has cleared before 1500hrs we will usually send them out on the same day.

Postage surcharges may apply to N. Ireland, Scottish Islands & Highlands and UK Offshore Islands, depending on the weight of the items ordered. Next day services to these regions cannot be guaranteed. For EU countries, postage surcharges will apply. Please request an invoice before making payment.

When deliveries are made to BFPO, HMS or RAF establishments or any other establishment where a person other than the addressee is responsible for receiving goods Hangerworld Ltd. does not guarantee and cannot be held responsible for delivery beyond that point.

Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

Customers must notify Hangerworld Ltd. of any shortage of goods or other complaints or problems immediately visible via the eBay messaging system within 7 days of receipt.

We endeavour to ensure that the description of the goods sold in our eBay shop is accurate therefore if you decide your goods are not suitable and you return your order we will refund your purchase payment but not the postage costs.

In the event of a non or damaged delivery, breakages, shortages or otherwise, you must inform us within 7 days from the date that you placed your order. Hangerworld will return all monies paid by you in respect of the same. The defective goods must not be returned to us without our prior consent. Hangerworld Ltd. can not be held responsible for temperature damaged goods.

Deliveries are subject to local customs regulations and it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the order complies with these. Hangerworld Ltd. cannot be held responsible should local authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained or charge any import duty.
