Payment:

• PayPal is the most preferred method of payment at this moment.

• The winning bidder has to settle the payment within 7 days after auction close unless he/she notify the seller within 48 hours after closing of the first item on his/her intention of coming purchase and combined shipment .

• I do accept and consider other payment methods if there is no extra charge and much handling time on my side. There may be extra handling charge if necessary, though.

Shipping and Handling:

• All S&H cost include free registered mail service and tracking number to be provided after delivery.

• All items are dispatched via "Hong Kong Post Office" unless otherwise stated. You may also want your items (more items I bet...) to be sent under your DHL or Fedex account, but please be patient for another day or two as I have to find and locate their outlets nearby.

• Buyes pay all the shipping and handling charges. Unlike some other sellers, I charge low S&H ... and I accept combined shipment. Wait for my invoice for combined shipment, if you like.

• I usually ship within 24 hours upon the clear payment is received.

• I assume all buyers buy my parts for experimenting so the parts would be dispatched as "Gift" item on custom declare form when buyers are registered as private users. By doing that, you probably would save some taxes for your hobby.

• No invoice will be attached with the item posted unless requested before payment. This would save a lot of paper for environmental friendly.

• All electronic parts are packed carefully with aluminium foil before packing. So they would be safe under X-ray machines in buyers' customs although I can't guarantee that they are in perfect condition. However if you find the items demaged when you get them, reports to me immediately and I would exchange them since this is not your fault.

• I am not responsible for any demage which is caused by your post service nor any lost during transportation on your side. It is very rare, though, under registered mail service.

Read this carefully:

• It is difficult for me to have eBay to calculate the correct S&H on choices of different items. So please request an invoice via the checkout process rather than paying straight away after auction close. By doing so, you save on combined shipment.

• All items are NOS -> new old store unless otherwise specified. They are sold on an "as-is" basis though, as I can’t test the item one-by-one. Report any faulty item immediately, if you find, and we would fix it. I like happy deals all the time.

• All item description is correct to the best of my knowledge with the assumption that the buyer is knowledgeable in the use of these type of equipments/components. Seller is not responsible, nor obligated, for assumptions and/or any errors made by the buyer.

• Taxes and customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyers.

• I would let you know when I dispatch your items so you may have an idea when it will arrives your country.

• You may track your item through the "Hong Kong Post Office". Just key in the tracking number I provided on their enquiry url here.

• Detailed feedback is crucial to all eBay members, so I would encourage all buyers to leave detailed seller rating to me. If you think I don't deserve it, please drop me a mail before you send out rating. I would come out with a win-win solution.

• Positive feedback is valued and I would do the same to buyers! Leaving feedback after you receive the items also lets me know that your items arrive your country safely.
