Returns: We want all of our customers to be happy with the purchases they make with us. So if you item is not as described, contact us and we will arange to return it to us and refund or replace the item. Please email us if you have any problems with any purchases before leaving negative feedback and we will always do our best to resolve any issues.
Items other than custom items can be returned within 7 days for a refund, they must be unopened and undamaged. Return of items is at the buyers expense and is the responsibility of the buyer untill we have accepted and checked the returned goods and are satisfied as to their condition. You are the people that make our business work and it is our priority that you are happy.
Postage: We aim to post either the same day or next day depending on order time. Most of our parcels are sent using Royal Mail standard parcels, please allow upto 10 working days for delivery, although most items will arrive within 4-5 working days. Cabins can be upto 6 weeks for delivery unless stated otherwise. Staircases take approx 10-15 working days mainland and 15-20 workingdays to Ireland. Payment method for all items should be confirmed within 24 hours of purchase by using checkout. Notes:Colours of products may vary slightly from images when dealing with wood as it is a natural product and all wood has its own unique colour tones.
We reserve the right to refund your money and cancel the order if a product is incorrectly listed, becomes out of stock or is damaged prior to dispatch.
Please note that all staircases and cabins are special order items not of the shelf stock items, and as such are not covered by a trial and return period. This does not affect your rights if items are damaged etc. |
