If you are not entirely happy with your order,
please contact us before leaving negative feedback.
If you want to return your order for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it,
providing it is sent back in it's original unworn condition,
complete with tags and in it's original packaging.
All refunds will be minus postage costs.
If you wish to exchange your order you can do so providing you cover all the postage costs.
When returning items please make sure you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office,
as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
