Hair Extensions & Products Once purchased HairXtensions_Shop cannot be responsible in anyway how the buyer uses or treats hair extensions or any other product. This includes incorrect application, damage from perming, dying or cutting. We do not accept responsibility of damage to your hair or skin due to misuse, all application/aftercare instructions are provided on our website. All products sold on this website should only be used by trained professionals or under trained supervision. Dying the hair can cause problems especially if you over-dying will kill the hair cuticles and any contact with the keratin bonds with seriously effect the keratin. Removal of extensions should again only be for trained professionals.

Delivery All orders placed are for delivery within the UK excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or any of the off-sure Islands in Scotland. If you need a quotation for delivery costs please contact us. International delivery is available although again please contact us before ordering for an exact shipping fee. All orders will be dispatched same day before 3pm, or 10.30am on a Saturday, subject to payment clearance and colours notified

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery If you require for your order to be delivered on Saturday normal Special delivery may get to you on Saturday but if you require for your order to be guaranteed Saturday delivery, Royal Mail charge an additional £2.70 on top of the normal Special Delivery price. Again as we dispatch on Fri at 3pm please make sure your payment and colours are notified before this time. Here are full details from Royal Mail

Lost Items Any lost items will only be refunded after a claim has been settled via the Royal Mail which can be a 6 week process. Please note standard insurance can only cover up to the value of £42 if the value of your order is more than this and you want your order to be covered in-case your parcel maybe lost in transit, please choose the Special Delivery Upgrade, as this is insured up to the value of £500. However if don't pay the extra additional insurance and your items go lost, we can only reimburse you the up to £34 if send via Recorded Delivery. We cannot return your funds until we settle a compensation dispute with Royal Mail, we have made this mistake before, where we refunded a customer, then the order was also delivered to its destination... Note, we always keep proof of records of all orders dispatched.

Returns By Royal Mail In a unlikely event we receive your order back from Royal Mail, this is due because you have failed to get it redelivered or collect it from your local delivery office within the timescale on the card left by the postman (normally 7 days for recorded and special deliveries, and 28 days for standard 1st and 2nd class mail) because you were not home when the postman attempted to deliver. If this is the case, and you want us to resent your order we will have to ask for additional postage funds. If there is a problem between you and Royal Mail you should dispute this against them, as we have done our part in sending out your order.

Prices All of our prices include VAT, therefore the price you see is the price you pay! Will endeavor to hold our prices as seen on the website, although prices may change as we keep regular checks to keep our price competitive.

Payments We accept payment via Postal Order and PayPal. These types of payment are very secure. We do not accept payment via cheque as they take too long to clear. All credit/debit card payments go through PayPal's secure systems therefore your card's details are 100% safe and secure. All payments must be received/cleared before orders are dispatched.

Cancellations If orders have been processed or dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled. Cancellations can only be changed whilst in the processing stage. Note: Buyer must return eBay fees.

Returns If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we do offer a refund policy. If you are returning our aftercare products they must not be opened and must be in there original packaging as must all of our products. Hair Extensions must be unused, if you have used them we are unable to accept these back due to hygiene reasons.

Privacy Notice We will not in any circumstances release or share our customers personal information, this is very important to us.

These Terms and Conditions agreement is governed by English Law. All images and content is legally protected by UK & International Copyright. No images may be copied, printed or utilized in any way without express written permission from us.
