 Q: Do you combine postage?
  A: Sure we combine postage - If you go ahead and commit to purchase the items you require (don't pay straight away) we will then send you a revised invoice with combined postage.
 Q: Can I pay via Postal Order?
  A: Sure no problem, we accept payment via Postal Order or PayPal. If you would like to send payment via Postal Order please send us an email and we will send you our details, thank you.
 Q: Can you post to a different address?
  A: If you want an order sent to a different address from the address which you've registered with PayPal, in an unlikely event that your order should go missing PayPal will not cover this transaction under there protection program & we will also not be able to file a compensation claim against Royal Mail. If you request this u must accept these terms
 Q: What can i do if the item i received is damaged or in wrong colour?
  A: Please contact us via eBay's messaging to arrange an exchange or refund.
 Q: What happens if the delivery of my item is delayed?
  A: Unfortunately from time to time orders maybe delayed with Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for these delayed we can provide proof of dispatch with providing you with a tracking number.
 Q: Can I send back the item I purchased?
  A: If you purchased your order within 14 working days we accept returns. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning the item, thank you.
 Q: When will my item arrive?
  A: UK: All orders are sent by 1st Class Recorded which normally arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch, however this is not a guaranteed service. If you require your order urgently we recommend you use Special delivery which is a next-day service. Europe: 3-5 working days Rest of World: 12 working days onwards
 Q: When will my order be dispatched?
  A: All orders are dispatched Mon-Fri at 3pm and 10.30am on Saturday's. Subject to payment clearance and colours notified.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Yes we do! All international orders must be purchased via PayPal only. Please refer to our listings for more info or alternatively contact us for a quotation. Note all items containing Acetone will only be delivered within the UK.
 Q: Where can I find my Royal Mail Tracking number?
  A: If you have paid for Royal Mail's Recorded or Special delivery, please contact us along with your eBay username and Item Number purchased, and we will send you your tracking number.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: If you are not 100% satisfied with our products we do offer a refund policy. If you are returning our aftercare products they must not be opened & must be in original packaging as must all of our products. Used hair cannot be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
