RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted under the following conditions

I am happy to accept returns or exchanges as long as :

1. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
2. Due to hygiene reasons all items must be un-opened.
3. Item must be in a resalable condition.
4. All returns must be accompanied with the invoice supplied.
5. Refunds are only processed when the ebay claim is closed.
6. To close a claim you must reply to the email sent to you by ebay stating you sent the item back for a refund.

I am unable to refund any postage costs & any I am not responsible for return postage costs.
Items do occasionally get lost in the post. I recommend signed for postage for items up to £34, and recorded delivery for items over £34.
I cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
If you do not agree with these terms then pleaes do not purchase from my ebay shop.
