 | A: I will REFUND IN FULL all monies paid for an item if returned within 30 calendar days. The only exceptions to this policy are cds and dvds where the refund will only be made if the goods are found to be faulty or not as described, and otherwise at the sellers discretion.  | A: The P&P charge will be discounted where multiple items can be shipped together. The amount of discount will depend on the weight of the parcel but please be assured that I do not inflate P&P charges to make "a quick buck" |
 | Q: When may I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: I usually post items within 48 hours of payment being received and often the same day. Within the UK items are usually sent 2nd class for economy but in my experience this has little impact on delivery times. If you have not received your item within one week of purchase please contact me using the Ebay message system. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: My postage & packaging charges are dependent on the weight of the parcel, and - within the UK - also its size. Please be assured that I do not inflate P&P charges to make "a quick buck" and that I will make a discount where multiple items can be shipped together.  | A: I post airmail worldwide. Please note that I do not offer Surface Mail because of the long delivery times and the accompanying disappointment for the buyer. |

 | A: Items may be collected by arrangement and the P&P charge will be waived. |
 | Q: How may I pay for my purchases? |

 | A: I prefer Pay Pal but will accept cheques in GBP drawn on UK banks. Customers collecting purchases in person may pay cash. |
 | Q: Do you have a shop I may visit? |

 | A: I do not have such a shop at the present time. The House of the Happy Bidder is a global internet business run from a cupboard underneath my stairs, albeit a very big cupboard! |
 | Q: What do I do if I receive no answer to my messages to you? |

 | A: I answer all e-mail messages that I receive but sometimes technology does go wrong or systems break down. If this becomes a problem I suggest you use the advance search option and obtain my contact details from ebay and either write to me or give me a ring. I am a honest and genuine ebayer and am not here to rip anyone off - promise! |
