The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Seller fine, although responses aren’t instant. Parcel was miss delivered by evri to the wrong address. Not sellers fault. But I would use a different courier company so at least when tracked it gives map location on where it’s delivered. All I got was a photo of someone else’s out building and had to go on a wild goose chase to find it. Pick a better courier company Royal Mail or dpd. For better service
