DAMAGE TO A PARCEL
In the event of a claim for damage the buyer must notify us
immediately in writing by email. If the damage is to the outside of the parcel please make sure that if required to sign for the delivery that you note the damage on the drivers sheet. We recommend that you have supporting photographic evidence of the damage. In all case of damage do not destroy or dispose of the packing, do not remove the item from the package if the parcel is obviously damaged on the outside, call us immediately. It is the responsibility of the buyer or buyer’s representative to check the packaging of the goods before signing the delivery note.
