 | A: If you live on the East Coast of Australia your item will most likely arrive within 3-5 business days. For other areas your item may take 1-2 weeks depending on your location. If you have not received it within the estimated time please check with your local post office as it may be awaiting collection and you have not been notified. |
 | Q: Where is my item? |
 |
 | A: If it has been more than the estimated arrival time for your item, you may find that delivery was attempted but no notification was left by your local post office. Unfortunately this has become more common as delivery contractors forget to leave a pick up card. Please inquire with your local post office as soon as you can in case your item is there |
 | Q: Where is my item international |
 |
 | A: If you live internationally there are times where customs gets a backlog of packages and it can take from 5 days up to 5 weeks + for some items to arrive. We do all we can to get your item to you quickly, but can't control processing times. Please contact us for further information if you are concerned. |
 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: Returns are only available if you have received incorrect goods. By bidding or purchasing you are agreeing that you have read the listing, inspected the photos and asked any and all questions you may have about the item. Should you change your mind or misread something in the listing we will not be able to assist in postage costs for the return. |

 | A: Absolutely. We will always combine shipping at actual cost only to make your purchase as reasonable as possible. We understand that postage can be expensive and try to get the best deal for you. |

 | A: If you are located within the US your item will most likely arrive within 10 business days. If you are located within the UK/EU your item could arrive as early as 7 days but may take several weeks depending on many factors (postal services, customs). If you are concerned please contact us and we will do what we can to assist you. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: The shipping and handling on most items is listed underneath the Shipping section in the listing, just below the description. Please check for your relevant location. Please note that we charge the exact cost that the post office charges and do not add any handling or package fees. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We always ship internationally. Some items may be expensive due to large size and heavy weight but we will do all we can to get your item to you no matter where you are located. |
 | Q: How long do I have to pay? |
 |
 | A: We anticipate that you will make all reasonable effort to pay within 3 days from purchase date. Should you have difficulty in meeting this deadline, we request that you contact us as soon as you become aware that you may require more time and we will happily work with you wherever possible. |
 | Q: Do you accept offers on your items? |

 | A: We are always open to finding a great deal for you wherever possible. If you are finding that your offers are not being accepted on a "best offer" feature, you may be offering too low and should re-assess the item asking price with a less aggressive price reduction in mind. A great tip is to think in percentage terms. 10 - 20% is usually correct. |
 | Q: I need my item to arrive very quickly, how fast can you ship? |

 | A: Within Australia we can use the Express Post feature which should see your item arrive within 1-2 business days if you are within the zoning. Internationally we can use International Express which will often see your item arrive within 5-7 business days. There are additional charges for these services, please ask if you wish to use them. |
 | Q: I was unable to purchase an item as my bid was blocked. Why? |

 | A: We use buyer requirements to determine who we think will make the most reliable trading partners. There are several different reasons that may have triggered your bid to be blocked. Please contact us if you believe you are a reliable bidder who has been unfairly blocked in error. |
 | Q: Can I change my mind, after I have purchased an item? |
 |
 | A: Once you have purchased an item we package it ready for you, we also have to pay fees for that listing(both to list it & a final value fee). If you do not proceed with this transaction it costs us money to relist that item. We do however understand that unexpected things happen at times. If you cannot complete your purchase you must contact us. |
