UK Buyers:
We do everything possible to ensure the prompt delivery of your item(s). The majority of orders will be processed within only a couple of hours and usually dispatched from the factory within 48hrs/2 working days of cleared payment. Sometimes shipping may be delayed slightly due to staffing shortages/holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.
We cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times, which can vary between 2 and 10 working days, and up to a maximum of 28 days from date of shipping. THEREFORE WE WILL NOT ANSWER ANY SHIPPING ENQUIRIES FOR THE FIRST 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF CLEARED PAYMENT.
Special Delivery within the UK can be arranged at special request for an additional £5.
* Please choose First Class Recorded Delivery for important items. If your order is urgent, and you require expedited shipping, you MUST make this known at time of order, and choose "paid for" shipping. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery IS NOT a guaranteed service. Proof of posting will be kept for all items. It is the customers responsibility to follow up non-delivery of uninsured items. (i.e. items posted FOC)
** Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed delivery "next working day" from date of posting. This DOES NOT mean if you order an item on Thursday afternoon that it will arrive on Friday!
*** We cannot guarantee Saturday Delivery.
International Buyers:

International shipping times can vary between 5 and 10 working days, and up to a maximum of 28 working days from date of shipping. THEREFORE WE WILL NOT ANSWER ANY SHIPPING ENQUIRIES FOR THE FIRST 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF CLEARED PAYMENT.
A Royal Mail Reference number will only be available for items
dispatched via Royal Mail International Signed-for Airmail.
WE WILL ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR UNDELIVERED INTERNATIONAL ITEMS
UNLESS SENT VIA INTERNATIONAL SIGNED-FOR.
Items not delivered after 28 working days from date of dispatch will be the customers responsibility to follow up with the international postal services.
