| A:We try and respond to all messages through the ebay messaging system and email as soon as possible and will try and answer all your questions.
Please note we DO NOT look at messages added through a paypal payment, IE messages put in the notes when making a paypal payment. |

| A:It`s the responsibility of the buyer to make sure there is someone to sign for the item
If it`s missed it`s the reponsabilty of the buyer to contact us as soon possible to get the tracking number
In the case of an item being returned to us because it could not be delivered or the buyer did not call for it return postage must be paid by the buyer |

| A:Every effort is made to post goods as soon as possible after payment has been received/cleared
You can usually expect your item to arrive within a few business days if not same or next day
Although every effort is made to send items as soon as possible. Due to unforseen & cicumstances out with our control this is not always possible |
