HBA Closeouts

My standard shipping method is the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless otherwise requested. In most cases, your order will ship within 24-72 hours of payment confirmation.

• An email will automatically be sent to confirm your order has been processed and  shipped. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is FREE to all my customers part of the US territory. Please check your eBay or PayPal provided email address for this message. NOTE: Unlikely, but this may at times be in your Spam Folder. This will contain your tracking information, USPS will post updated information when available.

• Transit time is 2-5 business days -  This is the norm but does not include unforeseen delays such as weather or the local post office in your state/location. Please keep in mind, the SELLER does not deliver the package to your door. The SELLER will however accomodate all questions and inquiries regarding your order BUT I do ask for your patience if your order does not arrive within this norm as neither of us can control the efficiency of the Postal System.

• Please provide a COMPLETE address.  I will NOT be responsible for any delays caused by Insufficient Address, Attempted Not Known, No Such Street Number/Street or Not Deliverable as Addressed. Also, if you decide to ship your package other than what's on your PayPal account, I encourage you to add this address as a new shipping location BEFORE checking out on any of my listings.

• I welcome all residences of Alaska, Hawaii, PO BOX, APO/FPO and any US Territory as NO additional shipping charges will apply.

• Some packages may NOT fit in your mail box. The USPS may likely leave a NOTE for pick up at your nearest Post Office or for pick up at your Apartment/Condo Building office.

• If the Tracking Information you received, indicates  DELIVERED as per the USPS website but you do not have your package, kindly ASK, members of your household FIRST. Someone may have this for safe keeping without your knowledge.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

• English is PREFERRED.

• Depending on where you are in the world, transit time for USPS First Class International Mail is 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. This is the norm but does not include unforeseen delays such as weather or the local post office in your country. Please keep in mind, the SELLER does not deliver the package to your door. The SELLER will however accomodate all questions and inquiries regarding your order BUT I do ask for your patience if your order does not arrive within this norm as neither of us can control the efficiency of the Postal System.

• Tracking Information is UNAVAILABLE -  there is no way for us to determine the exact location of your package.

• Please DO NOT email me to mark your package as a Gift or lower the value of your purchase. I'll take care of this so we are both happy. HOWEVER, the Seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any importation fees or customs taxes with your package.

• INSURANCE is INCLUDED with payment. As per our Insurance provider, a package is considered lost after 30 days from date of shipment for most countries and after 45 days for ITALY.
