| Q:How do I determine my maternity size? |

| A:A pre-pregnancy 3/4/5/6 is a maternity small. A pre-pregnancy 7/8/9/10 is a maternity medium. A pre-pregnancy 11/12/13/14 is a maternity large. A pre-pregnancy 15/16/17/18 is a maternity extra large. A pre-pregnancy 20/22 is a maternity 1X. A pre-pregnancy 24/26 is a maternity 2X. A pre-pregnancy 28 is a maternity 3X. |
| Q:Do you have this item in another size? Also, how do I know my inseam? |

| A:We only have the sizes listed in our auctions; however, we get new items all the time, so please keep us marked as a favorite seller and check back every Tuesday night for our best selection! For inseam, measure your favorite pants from the hem to the crotch--that is your inseam. We note the inseam of all jeans and pants on each item listing. |
| Q:Can you supply other measurements? |

| A:Due to our huge volume and limited time, we can not measure different areas of the garments. The size chart mentioned above works great. If an item does not fit, it can be exchanged for a credit towards another item. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:You will receive a merchandise credit towards future item(s) in the amount paid for the item. For example, if you pay $19.95 plus shipping for an item, when you send them back, you will receive a credit of $19.95 toward a future purchase. |
| Q:How much is Shipping? |
|
| A:For domestic shipments, the first item is $7.95 and each additional item is $4.50. If there are 2 pieces-- for example a shirt and jeans in ONE auction, it counts as only ONE item. The $4.50 additional item charge is for each auction/store item number. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:After payment is made, allow 3 business days for processing your order. We ship all packages via priority mail, which usually takes 2-3 days. If you do not receive your package 7 business days after making payment, please send us an email and we will check on it for you. |
