Shipping 

Hairy Harry's Music normally ships within one to three business days of receipt of payment.

If for some wild, unforseen reason the item happens to not be in stock, you will be notified

immediately and given the option to wait or receive a full, fast refund.

For your protection and ours,

we will only ship to the Shipping Address shown on the PayPal transaction

(when going through checkout please make sure the correct shipping address is given with payment).

We presently ship to the U.S. only.  Sorry, no exceptions.

  Payment  

We can only take payments through PayPal.

Pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or eCheck through PayPal.

eChecks normally take 3-4 business days to clear before we can ship.

The sooner you make payment, the sooner we can ship your order to you.

  Returns  

All new products come with the full manufacturer’s warranty.

If you're not happy, in most cases, just send it back, packaged and complete, just as you

received it, in original condition, within thirty days of receiving it, and receive a full refund,

including original destination shipping, no questions asked.

Excluded from this policy of course, are personal use items like harmonicas, melodicas, recorders,

kazoos, reeds, strings, etc., opened copyable items like software, sheet music, etc.,

or if noted otherwise in the listing.

Please contact us for approval prior to returning an item.
