The ring I bought is stunning, delivery on time and packaged well. The communication before I bought it was great. But the communication after I received it was lacking and worrisome. In the long run I was happy and ended up keeping it but my advice is to ask about return policy and appraisal certificate before you commit.

We are sorry that you felt the need to leave a neutral feedback. Upon reading the messages, it appears that the transaction went smoothly and all questions had been answered in a timely way. The ring was shipped overnight and we clearly communicated that the appraisal would be sent when you decided to keep the ring. That was on the 20th of April. Our store is not open on the weekend, but we check our messages, and we felt that we had answered all of your questions fully.
