Some NEW items may have a return policy. In general, for items that have a return policy, we will exchange the item if you pay to ship it to us; we'll pay to ship it back to you. LOOK at the individual Ads! | | Q:Do you combine shipping? | | | A:We make every effort to combine shipping, if possible. If it isn't possible (location, size, etc.), we'll let you know. Always eMail us if you have more than one item and want to combine shipping. We Do Not automatically combine shipping! | | Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A:We use USPS by default, and UPS/Fed-Ex upon request, so you have shipping options. Please let us know if you need expedited shipping BEFORE you pay, because this impacts shipping costs. We always ship within two (2) days of receiving Cleared Payment. USPS timetables are from 2-9 days, generally. | | Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? | | | A:Most of our shipping charges are calculated by eBay/PayPal, and include $1.00 for handling (packaging, transportation, etc.). Some smaller items, however, have fixed costs.
